How to Make a Purchase Online

At Source, we want to make your online shopping experience as easy and enjoyable as possible. Here’s a step-by-step guide on ordering online:

How to Order Online

To order online, please follow the following steps:

  1. Find the product you’d like to purchase in our shop.

  2. Indicate your product quantity.

  3. Press the “Add to Cart” button to cart your product.

  4. Once selected products have been carted, click on the shopping cart icon (right corner) and then “View Full Cart” to see your cart.

  5. Review the items in your cart. Once you are ready to proceed, click the “Proceed to Checkout” button.

    a. If you’d like to share the contents of your cart with a co-purchaser or your furniture specialist, press the “Share My Cart” button and then the “Copy” button for a link you can send.

  6. Your checkout page will require you will enter your business and contact information.

  7. Once your information is complete, scroll to the bottom of the page and enter your payment details, agree to the terms of sale, terms of use and privacy policy, then press the “Submit Order” button.

  8. You will be emailed an order confirmation.

  9. We will review your order and contact you to arrange delivery or payment. If one of your chosen products is backordered, you may not receive your products until they are all available.

Can I Order Online?

Yes, absolutely! You can order up to $500 through guest checkout, or $5,000 when logged into your account.
To ensure we get your order right the first time, we review your order prior to shipping and will call to arrange delivery or pick up.

How do I Get a Quote for a Product?

Our website provides pricing on our products prior to taxes and services. If you're looking to furnish a whole office or purchase large quantities of products, please contact us so we can match you with one of our Office Furniture Specialists or an Account Executive and create a customized quote for you.

Can I Pay for My Order Online?

Yes, our guest checkout allows you to place an order without creating an account via the website. Guest users can fully check out their carts and place orders through the new website if the cart value does not exceed $500 (after shipping and taxes).

If you have created a website account, you have the option to pay with a credit card for orders up to $5,000.

For orders over $5,000, please connect with your local sales rep for an application form.

You can place an order online by following the steps at the top of this page, and a sales representative will contact you to arrange for pick up or delivery and/or installation. If you prefer to see, touch or test drive our office furniture, please visit your local store. Your salesperson will accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, or cheque.
