They needed a mix of hybrid-friendly work areas and dedicated training rooms, all built to adapt as their needs evolve. The result is a workspace that brings people together, supports growth, and helps their team do what they do best.

Planning Makes Perfect

We kicked things off by getting to know Innomar’s wants and needs for their new office space. They wanted something that felt open and welcoming, but still functional enough to fit their busy team of 50 to 100 people. We stopped by their office to check out the space in person and chat with the team. We include on-site consultations whenever possible to get a clear understanding of the office and develop a plan to bring your vision to life.

As part of our complimentary space planning service, our CAD designers got to work crafting detailed layouts for key areas like training rooms, open offices, and lunchrooms, all with Innomar’s needs front and center. We worked closely with their team to fine-tune the layouts and configurations, making sure everything matched their vision.

When it came to choosing the right furniture for Innomar’s new office layout, something that matched both their floorplan and brand style, we knew our wide selection had them covered. From Canadian-owned favorites to globally recognized names, we were confident we could help bring Innomar’s dream office to life, using trusted brands like Performance Furnishings, Artopex, Logiflex, OFGO, and more.

A Space for Learning

We knew the training rooms would play a big role in Innomar’s office, giving their team a dedicated space to grow their skills and ultimately provide even better care for their patients. So, we focused on making the space as flexible and functional as possible.

To do that, we used Nesting Flip Top Tables from Performance Furnishings, which offer strong, sturdy work surfaces and can be easily moved around thanks to their casters. They’re perfect for switching up the layout or tucking away when not in use. For seating, we added Agenda Nesting Chairs at each table. They’re just as mobile and easy to store, plus, they’re comfortable and supportive enough for longer training sessions. We topped it off with a Lectern from Logiflex that makes teaching feel more natural

Blending Focus and Collaboration for Hybrid Teams

Throughout the office, we added casual meeting areas and workstations designed to support both focused work and collaboration, perfect for the hybrid working style.

In an open work area, we used high-top tables from the Downtown collection by Artopex and Auxi drafting chairs to create a communal spot where team members can either dive into solo tasks or easily connect withothers. For privacy and quiet during focused work and meetings, we used booths from Bureau’s Tuesday collection. These single and double booths are soundproof, so it’s easy to dive deep into your work, or be distraction-free during meetings.

To keep the vibe of casual collaboration, comfort, and productivity going, we added even more table and chair combinations throughout the space. This gives hybrid workers the freedom to choose where and how they want to work. Whether it’s a standard-height table, a bistro-style setup, or a soft seating area perfect for quick chats and impromptu brainstorms, there’s a spot for every work style, and Innomar employees can settle in wherever they feel most comfortable.

Logiflex Infinity is one of our favourite soft seating collections to add to a workspace. We knew this product would be a great fit, offering team members a comfortable lounge space to work individually or collaborate in a more relaxed setting.

This seating area uses the Axel Lounge collection by Artopex, creating a cozy and welcoming spot for collaboration. We paired them with Mogog Tables from Logiflex for a clean, sleek finish.

We brought back the same tables from Logiflex’s Mogog, this time in a bistro height to promote more casual collaboration and connection. For seating, we chose the Astute bistro chairs from Allseating to complement the setup with a contemporary vibe.
